Derek is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Section. His practice is concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and securities matters and capital markets.
​
He serves as outside corporate counsel to several public and private companies in a variety of industries, including apparel, Internet, technology, financial services, environmental services, manufacturing, and travel and leisure. Mr. Dundas regularly represents clients ranging from emerging growth companies to those seeking venture capital to large publicly held corporations.
​
Mr. Dundas represents issuers, private equity firms and investment banks in public and private debt and equity offerings.
​
Prior to joining Rutan & Tucker in 2007, Mr. Dundas was a partner in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Dundas received his J.D. in 1996 from the Georgetown University Law Center, after receiving a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, at Los Angeles in 1993.

Albert Chang M.D. is a Board-Certified Pediatrician who has been providing care to the Orange County community for the past 20 years. He obtained his Medical Doctorate and Master of Public Health degrees from Boston University School of Medicine, with a focus in Social and Behavioral Sciences. He trained in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and completed a Preventive Medicine Residency at UCLA.

Dr. Chang has worked with the Orange County Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, integrating a Childhood Injury Prevention program, and was a Pediatric Consultant for the county’s California Children’s Services program, providing medical evaluations and direction for children with special needs. He has been involved with several First 5 Orange County (Proposition 10) programs, including a PBS television program called “Help Me Grow”, where he helped to provide and develop educational vignettes.

Currently, Dr. Chang is the Medical Director of the Student Health Center at University of California, Irvine, overseeing the clinical operations and care delivery to the over 30,000 student population. In addition, he works in close collaboration with other UCI departments (Disability Services, Counseling, Student Affairs) developing a safe and secure community, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of each student and employee on campus.
Sayeda Hotaki
Outreach Specialist, Project FoodBox
Sayeda Hotaki is an accomplished explorer and perpetual student driven by curiosity. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master of Public Health at the University of Southern California. Sayeda is a Community Outreach Specialist at Project FoodBox, an organization dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through the food-as-medicine movement.
With a rich background in community service spanning over a decade, Sayeda has contributed passionately to numerous non-profit initiatives. Her endeavors have ranged from combating homelessness and human trafficking to advocating for the rights of women and children.
Additionally, Sayeda has played an integral role in developing youth empowerment programs within her community. Sayeda's lifelong mission is to intrinsically motivate others to play an active role in their health, show up consciously in their life, bring value to those they interact with, and fall in love with evolving and exploring their fullest potential by expanding themselves in all aspects of life. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sayeda loves many things, and you will always find her signing up for a class, pushing her body to its limit in the kitchen, or immersing herself in nature.

Mr. Campbell is an experienced technology industry executive and Board member. With specific expertise in executive management, corporate strategy, M&A, data/analytics, systems engineering, and sales/marketing. His industry expertise is focused on computer technology, while also leading Boards in the TV production, data analytics, and charity areas. His current major focus is advising, mentoring and
investing; mainly for startups, with a focus in data science and analytics, working with several VC & PE firms.
Mr. Campbell is a speaker at various industry events including keynoting the Green IT conference. His undergraduate education was at Florida State University with graduate degrees form Northwestern & Illinois Institute of Technology. His distinguished 40+ year career spans IBM, Hitachi, HP and Seagate.
Lisa O'Brien

Lisa O’Brien is a producer and development consultant specializing in children’s media with 25+ years of experience, creating TV and digital content for preschool through tween audiences. She has spent the bulk of her career as a development/current series executive at Sprout and helped build the brand and produce popular series like: NINA’S WORLD, PAJANIMALS, and FLOOGALS.
Ms. O’Brien also spearheaded the rebrand of NBC Universal Kids, and cultivated an entirely new slate of original content including Emmy-nominated series AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR JUNIOR, TOP CHEF JUNIOR, THE NOISE, THE BIG FUN CRAFTY SHOW, and NORMAN PICKLESTRIPES.

In addition to her creative skills, she is a leader with extensive management experience. Ms. O’Brien is extremely passionate about mentorship and seeing team members learn and grow in their own careers.

Ms. O’Brien is committed to making high-quality programming for young audiences, and her experience will bring SKH’s programs to the next level.
Robert Harder
With 30 years of experience in business development and product management within the wealth management sector, Robert has honed his skills in strategic thinking, servant leadership, financial stewardship, and relationship building. Beyond his extensive career, Robert’s true passion lies in volunteer work, and his dedication extends to several prestigious organizations.
He serves on the Board of Directors of his alma mater as Treasurer for The Order of the Blue Shield and is also a member of the UCLA Chancellor’s Society. Additionally, he was a member of the Investment Committee for the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation and has been involved with The Surfrider Foundation, originally as a Board of Director Intern, since 1997.
Robert is also a graduate of the Riordan Leadership Institute in partnership with the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and has served as a mentor for the Riordan Scholars Program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
Alexander Wison is a Senior account Executive at PBS SoCal ( KOCE-TV). His analytical and creative professional combination of knowledge and passion for great stories.

Alexander Wilson attended the University of Pepperdine where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production and Theatre.

Brandon Farmer attended Orange Coast College back in 2005 to earn his Associate's Degree, transferred to California University of Long Beach to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Communication(2009), then received his Masters' in Kinesiology, and Sport Management at the University of Central Missouri(2014).

Meanwhile, being a personal trainer for adults at O.C Fast-Twitch. And working at Dr. Riba's Health Club as an outreach coordinator, ran "Fit Club" a summer/afterschool fitness program, and was a fitness instructor for patients.

Romalis Taylor
Romalis Taylor has an extensive career spanning over 30 years’ experience in Mental Health, Social Services, and the Management field including; program development, administrative systems development, and financial and quality assurance development. Currently, he is the Chair for the Compton/East Compton Best Start Leadership Group which advocates, develops, and implements community activities to strengthen families with children 0-5 based on the First 5 Strengthening Families Model.
He is also the representative for the Under Representative Ethnic Populations Groups on the Department of Mental Health System Leadership Team. He is a member of the Services Area Advisory Council 6 in South Los Angeles. Previously he was a Center Director in South L. A, and a Director of Government and Community Relations Los Angeles County.
He is active in a number of other community and county advisory councils regarding advocacy and cultural competence in services for African and African American children, youth, and families, and their well-being. Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University of Los Angeles, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at the same University.
