President: Christa Preston

Involved with non profit organizations since 1993, Christa has left her mark on her adopted Orange County with multiple leadership roles within non-profits benefiting children. Her experience includes financial management in education, as well as in the private sector being a key player within the sales and marketing functions at Viacom Cablevision.

A long time supporter of the mission of Serving Kids Hope, Christa brings a passion to the non-profit, as well as the children that it serves.


Vice President:  Drew Warmington

An Orange County native, Drew has been involved with startups organization all his life. Having founded his first company during college at the University of Southern California, he has an extensive background in leadership and marketing both online as well as off. His fourth company ( has recently celebrated 20 years as a financial marketing firm on the Internet.

Drew has been involved helping shape the Serving Kids Hope vision since 2014.

Horn, Charles Web

Treasurer/Secretary: Chuck Horn

Born and raised in a small town of 5,000 people in central Pennsylvania, Chuck attended and graduated from Dartmouth College in the mid-1960’s with a psychology major. He earned a Master’s and Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Dr. Horn served in the U.S. Navy for four years and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA and Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA

After the Navy Dr. Horn was a professor at the California Graduate Institute where he taught psychotherapy, statistical methods and research design for 12 years, as well as serving as an Associate Professor at the University of California at Irvine, Medical School, Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Horn brings a deep understanding of the psychological needs of at risk children and families to the Serving Kids Hope board.
